I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to provide for the Surrender of Fugitive

Criminals from the Territory of each of the Melay

Perak, Selangor, Pahang and Negri Sembilan,

States

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.

To provide for the surrender to each of the four Feder-

-ated Malay States Perak, Selangor, Pahang and Negri Sen-

-bilan

of fugitive criminals from those States.
